THE TRINITY COLLECTION
The TRINITY COLLECTION consists of plates designed and created in the Mellor Studio in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England, by a team of Staffordshire artists under the watchful eye of Mr. Nicholas Mellor. Mr. Mellor has achieved the distinctive title of Master Lithographer and has been commissioned by internationally famous companies, such as Danbury Mint and The Hamilton Collection, to produce plates for their collector editions. He recently entered a contract with the Jaguar Motor Company to create a plate honouring their 100th year of producing quality automobiles.
The TRINITY COLLECTION currently consists of over 45 individual plates in sets of three within specific themes. In addition, the Mellor Studio has produced a 40th anniversary plate honouring the Mini Minor/Cooper. Shortly after the tragic death of Princess Diana, a commemorative plate was created in her memory with an amount from each sale contributed to her favourite charities. Now Mellor Studio has designed and produced a new commemorative plate honouring the 100th birthday of the Queen Mother. We currently have all three in our inventory ready for shipping.
The TRINITY COLLECTION is produced on Fine English Porcelain plates and bordered in 22 karat gold. Each plate measures between 8" and 8.25" in diameter and comes in a presentation box. Because we purchase in large quantities, we receive a priced break which we pass on to our customers.

HORSE AND CIRCUS BRASSES
Horse-brasses are highly collectible, decorative, and each has a story of its own incorporated in its design by the craftsman who created it. Old English inns, hotels, manor homes, and pubs take pride in their collections by hanging them individually or attaching them to a martingale which is hung on wooden beams or on brick fireplaces. The Circus brass is a larger cousin to the horse brass. Each of our designs (over 40 in stock) has been passed down through the ages and protects the bearer from danger, promise good luck, is part of a family crest, or shows the type of work for which the horse is being used. We will include a brief history of the horsebrass free with your purchase.
Collectors seek quality brasses that contain a high copper content and less zinc and tin. The colour of a good brass should show a copper tone. Since copper has become an expensive metal, cheaper reproductions contain less copper and more zinc, tin, and alloys. Collectors also pay close attention to the martingales on which the brasses are attached. Cheaper reproductions look like leather, but are of "leatherette" which is stiff, brittle and lasts only about two years before cracking or breaking.
Our brasses are made of the finest quality English brass in a foundry in Birmingham, England. Each is cast and hand finished by skilled craftsmen. They are to be enjoyed today as a collectible, but are truly an heirloom of tomorrow.
Our martingales are cut from quality English harness leather for a lifetime of beauty. The "D" rings and buckles are individually cast of the same solid brass used in the production of our horse and circus brasses. Makers of cheaper reproductions bend brass wire for these fittings to cut costs.
Our horse brasses are approximately 3" in diameter and weigh about 3.50 ounces. Our circus brasses are approximately 4.75" in diameter and weigh about 11 ounces.

WIDECOMBE FAIR COLLECTION
THE WIDECOMBE FAIR CHARACTER JUG COLLECTION consists of the characters of the song and comes in two sizes. The regular size stands about 3.5" high with a diameter of about 2.50." The miniatures are approximately 1.75" tall with a diameter of about 1.50." Each casting is made in local clay and hand painted by local artists. Each has the name of the character etched in its back so you know who they are while reading or singing the story. We know that you will enjoy them all and that they will become the center of attraction in your home. They make fantastic gifts for others as well as for yourself.
PLANT WATERERS
"Just place us in the pot near the flower and fill us with water.
Our stems are porous so we will water your plant while you are away."
Our plant waterers are made and hand-painted by Castle Ceramics in a small village near Newton Abbot, Devon, England. Each piece is produced in three stages; the same as our egg cups and pie bird. The upper portion is hand-painted and glazed to make it water tight, but the lower "spike" is left porous for the water to slowly seep out, as the potting soil dries, to water the roots of your potted plant. You can go away for the weekend knowing your plants will be well taken care of.

EGG CUPS AND PIE BIRD (FUNNELS)
Our collector egg cups and pie bird are made and hand painted by Castle Ceramics in Devon, England. Each piece is individually cast in local clay. The "biscuit" is carefully removed from the mold then cooked for eight hours at 1700 degrees in a kiln. After cooling for twenty-four hours, it is carefully hand-painted by local artists, cooked for another eight hours, cooled for twenty-four hours, glazed, then cooked again for the third and last time. We will add to this collection when we find additional sources. The egg cups measure about 2" to 3" in height and the pie bird stands 4" tall.
